This Privacy Policy applies to PaintSpark Studio, a drawing and coloring app published under the package name com.paintspark.studio.

Information We Collect
PaintSpark Studio may collect the following information when you use the app:
- Account information: email address, Firebase user ID, and sign-in provider information when you create or sign in to an account using email/password, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple.
- User content: drawings and related drawing data when you choose to save artwork to your account using cloud saves.
- Support inquiries: messages you submit through the in-app contact form, your reply email, account email when available, and your Firebase user ID.
- Purchase information: subscription product ID, purchase or restore status, and store verification data used to help unlock or restore Premium features. Full payment card details are processed by Google Play or Apple and are not collected by PaintSpark Studio.
- Advertising and device data: free users may see ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect or process identifiers, device information, approximate location, ad interactions, diagnostics, and other data according to Google policies and your device settings.
- Diagnostics and service data: Firebase and Google services may process technical information needed for authentication, cloud storage, app security, analytics, crash reporting, fraud prevention, or service reliability.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide and improve PaintSpark Studio, including to:
- Let you create or sign in to an account.
- Save and restore cloud drawings.
- Provide Premium features such as cloud saves and an ad-free experience.
- Process, verify, restore, and troubleshoot subscriptions.
- Respond to support requests.
- Show ads to free users.
- Maintain app security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Third-Party Services
PaintSpark Studio uses third-party services that may collect or process data under their own policies:
- Firebase Authentication for account sign-in.
- Cloud Firestore for cloud drawings, account records, premium access records, support inquiries, and deletion requests.
- Google Sign-In for Google account login.
- Sign in with Apple for Apple account login on Apple devices.
- Google AdMob for advertising.
- Google Play Billing and Apple In-App Purchase for subscriptions.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data may be processed by service providers such as Google, Firebase, AdMob, Apple, and Google Play when they provide app services, authentication, cloud storage, ads, purchases, fraud prevention, diagnostics, or legal compliance.
Data Retention
Account records and cloud drawings are kept while your account remains active or until you delete them or request deletion. Support inquiries may be kept as needed to respond to your request and maintain support records. Purchase records may be retained as needed for billing, fraud prevention, tax, legal, or store compliance requirements.
Account Deletion
You can request account deletion in the app from the Account screen by choosing Delete account. You can also follow the instructions on the Delete Account page or email aimusersupport@gmail.com.
Deleting your PaintSpark Studio account removes your PaintSpark account record and cloud drawing data associated with that account. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be managed through your Apple or Google account.
Children
PaintSpark Studio is a general audience creative app. It is not specifically directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us at aimusersupport@gmail.com so we can review and delete the information if appropriate.
Security
We use Firebase and platform security features to help protect account and cloud data. No online service can guarantee complete security.
Your Choices
You can choose not to create an account. You can save artwork locally to your device without using cloud saves. You can manage subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play. You can use device and Google settings to control some advertising choices.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when PaintSpark Studio changes or when legal, store, or service requirements change. The updated date at the top shows when this policy was last changed.
